1. 30-Day Return Window

  • We accept product returns within 30 days from the date you received your item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@delzzo.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and send you the return shipping instructions along with the designated return address.
  3. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or address on the original shipping label without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Delzzo will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

4. 7-Day Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned item at our facility, our team will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your package.
  • After inspection and approval, we will process your refund immediately. The refunded money will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the credit to officially post to your account.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@delzzo.com so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement right away.
